We have a STANDARD rate of £2.50 for P&P.
GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payments via website are processed by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order goods as you are able to pay using debit or credit card at the checkout.
All web orders received from within the UK will be sent out by second class mail within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If you require special delivery or delivery outside the UK please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements and confirm postage costs.
If you wish to order a "DESIGN YOUR OWN BATH BOMB", please be aware these can have a turn around of upto 35 days.
REFUNDS:
All "design your own bath bomb" orders are non-refundable as these are made to order for you. Should you need to cancel this order, please contact us immediately. Obviously, we will be happy to help as much as we can. Your Statutory Rights are not effected. Our listed items will be refunded once returned to us, should you be unhappy with the product. Please allow 10 working days to receive your refund. This will be made using PayPal.
Wedding favours are non refundable as this is a bespoke service. Should you need to cancel this order, please contact us immediately. Obviously, we will be happy to help as much as we can.
